Breathe Architecture for QV8
Housing people not cars - The way it should be.
An inner city carpark at the base of a 37-storey tower had an incredible outlook. Opposite the State Library of Victoria, it would never be built out - sunlight guaranteed in perpetuity. It was just too good to pass up.
