Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Malvern Residence
Doherty Design Studio collaborated with Nixon Tulloch Fortey Architects to transform a 1970's Merchant Builder home into a contemporary, light-filled family home. New architectural elements were integrated within the existing structure and the interior linked to the exterior, all while remaining sympathetic to the original character of the home.
