Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
Luke Stanley Architects for The Plinth House
The Plinth House was a renovation/extension of an existing ‘weekender’ in the rural area of Langdons Hill, Victoria. The new timber clad elements were designed to sit neatly against the backdrop of the original house, and create spaces that encourage connections with both the immediate and surrounding environment.
