Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
Mosman House
The project required alterations and additions to an existing dilapidated freestanding cottage in Mosman. It was to perform more effectively as a family home whilst being better connected to its landscape and garden. A contemporary but respectful amendment to an (almost) endearing bungalow.
