9point9 Architects for Laneway House
Laneway House embraces its tropical climate. The home is split into two pavilions linked by a bright, translucent breezeway. Living areas open onto a sunny central courtyard. Covered outdoor spaces reduce internal floor area and dissolve the threshold between inside and out to maximise time spent outside.
