Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Philip Stejskal Architecture for South Terrace Alterations and Additions
An extension to a c.1910 semi-detached home in Fremantle, situated on a 50m long and 6m narrow block. The project grew from an effort to extract maximal amenity from a constrained situation. Light, privacy, ventilation, connection are orchestrated in layers. Materials are used to unify and stitch.
