Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Evolva Architects for Barwon Heads House
Our brief was to transform an original 1920s beach house, in a seriously dilapidated state with an array of lean tos into a contemporary holiday house. Our commission was to design a family friendly house suitable for regular entertaining, with a view to settling here in the future.
