Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
CplusC Architectural Workshop for Canada Bay Residence
The ownersÂ’ transition to parenthood prompted this smart extension to a conventional suburban house. The extension significantly improved amenity of the kitchen, living and dining spaces and added much wanted indoor-outdoor living area which addressed the significant overlooking issues on the site.
