Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
Jackson Teece for Gresham Street House
This re-creation of a family home, tailored to its occupant’s lifestyles, was realised through the careful reconsideration of programme and context. A pragmatic and performative response focused on passive design principles was developed, with the addition of an ethereal living pavilion that acts as both external and internal space.
