Seaberg restores the ease of flow and material lightness long associated with the Australian beach house. Arranged around a household core of living areas and main bedroom, skirted by outhouses, its ensemble accommodates combinations of family life. Modest in scale, its rectilinear form recalls dwellings once common to Victoria’s coastline.
