Collins and Turner for Balmoral House
Balmoral House is a twin block form, stepped and splayed to face the east. Solid limestone walls facing the street dissolve into glazed and finely veiled living spaces that frame harbour views. A small, triple-height internal courtyard brings daylight and fresh air into the heart of the building.
