Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
O'Connor and Houle Architecture and Landscape for Toorak Road House
This is an unusual Victorian house. The orientation is ideal, the front facing south onto a busy road, the back facing north onto a quiet lane. We added new service and living spaces, courtyards, and introduced a ‘practical’ entry on the lane, for cars, bikes, walkers and pets.
