Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
CM Studio for Hargrave
Hargrave saw the reworking of an 1800’s Grand Paddington Terrace, that had been turned in to four apartments during the 1920’s, into a generous family home. This involved the challenge of unifying the spaces, creating an elegant, beautifully detailed, yet functional home, that balanced modern living within the heritage context.
