Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Tim Bennetton Architects for Yeronga House
This is a wonderful site in inner city Brisbane, surrounded by established Poinciana trees. The architectural intervention was limited and reflected the owner’s interests (fabrics, water engineering) - we created a new ‘studio’ and courtyard at the rear; opened up the existing house to breathe & engage with the street.
