Robert Simeoni Architects for Powell Street House
Powell Street House transformed a two story 1930’s duplex into a cohesive single residence.
The existing house had a quiet interior and muted light, and the design was conceived in response to this, with a deliberate quietness, respecting the existing fabric and enigmatically connecting with the materiality of the original.
