Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
Pleysier Perkins for Little Lane Studio
It started with the idea of creating room for an elephant sculpture on a roof. This small studio and entertainment deck create a space to entertain friends, whilst making better use of the terraced garden, and provides a quiet hideout for an art collecting professional couple and their two kids.
