Shortlist: New House over 200 square metres
TERROIR in collaboration with Pascale Gomes-McNabb Design for Castle Cove House
The concrete form of the house is a response to the natural rocky escarpments found in middle harbour. This primary gesture of the house form is then inhabited with timber lined pockets that act as a threshold between intimate moments of habitation and the monumental landscape of Castle Cove.
