Justin Mallia Architecture for Scarborough and Welkin
Scarborough and Welkin is a small, multiple residential project with a reinterpreted functional brief enabling multiple modes of occupancy. Built into an existing heritage house, throughout the entire site existing and new spaces are sculpted and braided together creating a surprising encounter of integrally connected interior and exterior experiences.
