Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Virginia Kerridge Architect for Grant Pirrie House
This project is a major refurbishment of a previously renovated residential brick industrial warehouse building which won architect Graham Jahn a Robin Boyd Award in 1999. Great respect was given to the original design while simultaneously working with a new brief from the client to “reformat” the building.
