Scotia House, fondly named by the original owners, weaves a series of courtyards and contemporary rooms around a classic 20th century timber house. Garden courtyards formalise the steep terrain and deliver light, breezes and outlook. The fluid relationship between inside and gardens, spurs an unfolding journey through the domestic landscape.
