Sunshine Beach House is a contemporary home that responds to the local subtropical climate and relaxed beach lifestyle of Noosa. The residence opens to the surrounding landscape and utilises modern interpretations of traditional Queenslander window hoods and screens to provide protection from the subtropical sun and rain.
