Shortlist: New House under 200 square metres
Philip Stejskal Architecture for Macdonald Road House
A downsizer home – replacing one of a 1980s three-pack – allowing our clients to age-in-place and occasionally accommodate their adult children. Located on a prominent Applecross corner, they asked for an iconic home, built on local traditions, tailored to local demands, private yet in dialogue with the wider community.
