Shortlist: New House over 200 square metres
NIELSEN JENKINS for Toowoomba House
This project was imagined as a quiet, horizontal shadow beneath the verticality of the remnant gums above.
The house itself is pulled apart into a series of pinwheeling modules that serve to edit neighbours from the view and create a series of courtyards of different orientations, scale and typology.
