Alexander Symes Architect Pty Ltd for Pepper Tree Passive House
Pepper Tree Passive House is an intervention to a suburban Illawarra home, upgrading the existing brick home’s envelope, and introducing a secondary dwelling in the steep unused rear yard, designed to be nestled within the eponymous Pepper Tree’s canopy and built to the Passive House standard.
