Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition over 200 square metres
Andrew Child Architect for Fitzroy Laneway House
An ad-hoc laneway, now defunct and incorporated within the property, became the catalyst for designing the spaces within and around a previously derelict double storey Victorian terrace. The finished residence provides relaxed, robust and generous accommodation for the family and provides for a number of living and working scenarios.
