‘That Old Chestnut’ pays homage to the context's history and material vernacular featuring a palette of raw, unadorned materials including concrete, plywood, and metal finishes. The program is divided into three zones: living, experimentation, and work tied together by an asymmetrical gable profile, steel beams, and corrugated galvanised roof sheeting.
