Commendation: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
Retallack Thompson for Steel House / Stone House
A heritage listed terrace house involving alteration of the existing 1830s sandstone terrace with a companion steel framed residence to the rear. The existing terrace is both home and studio of the architects with a secondary dwelling fronting the rear laneway owned and occupied by extended family.
