Shortlist: New House over 200 square metres
Wolveridge Architecture for Wetlands House
The brief was to construct a new rural home for a hands-on client, to replace a dilapidated existing farmhouse located on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. Key to the design response is a series of sustainability initiatives including the replacement of a non-permeable existing tennis court with a wetlands.
