Commendation: New House over 200 square metres
Wardle for Bass Coast Farmhouse
An abstract form devised by the need for constant enclosure enabled the design to unfold, a central courtyard is the focal point. Situated on a natural rise, an under croft is defined which is both bunker and space for outdoor dining. The upper level is devoted to sleeping and socialising.
