Nestled in a beachside community characterised by sprawling, single-story homes, Ziggy's Villas offers a coastal interpretation of gentle density. Each villa provides the comforts of traditional houses, including gardens, pools, garages, and 3-bedrooms + study. The design prioritises preserving the character of the neighbourhood streetscape through crafted and layered facades.
