Brad Swartz Architects for Kyabin Apartment
A 1960s apartment in Sydney’s iconic Oceana building is reimagined to embrace its sweeping Harbour views. Its replanned interior exposed an original ribbed concrete ceiling, and refined contemporary insertions allow the space to dance between it modernist ideals and the age-old Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, espousing the beauty in imperfection.
