We aimed for the adaptive-reuse of the existing beach-side-residence to meet our clients’ requirements, through limited yet meaningful changes.
As such we worked to accommodate their brief within the original envelope, with the key addition of new outdoor areas: a terraced landscape and pool area under a large, suspended canopy.
