Shortlist: House in a Heritage Context

The project was for a major renovation of a 1932 Spanish-mission-style house by architects Joseland & Glynn Gilling. Restored to its essence, the home has gained contemporary and complimentary details. New features include the excavation for a new lower ground rumpus floor, a pool, and an underground tunnel.
