Shortlist: New House over 200 square metres
ADDARC for St Kilda Residence
Located on a prominent corner allotment, with frontage to a primary road and quiet cul-de-sac, the design required a considered balance between street presence, internal amenity, and privacy. Framed around a series of courtyards, the spaces and materiality are enlivened by the movement of light, where natural imperfections are celebrated.
