Shortlist: New House under 200 square metres
Fouché Architects for Tallowwood Cabin
The residence is a secondary dwelling on a large semi-rural site for a retired father, jointly owned by him, his daughter, and his son in law. Intended to be an object placed in the landscape, but somewhat hidden in plain sight, the scheme was driven by complex constraints.
