Commendation: New House under 200 square metres
Plus Minus Design for Kidman Lane
Located on a small but prominent site in a heritage Sydney suburb, other traditional forms in the area were explored before settling on the sawtooth form inspired by a nearby warehouse. The plan is efficient, with generous flexible rooms upstairs and an open ground floor fully connected to outdoor spaces.
