Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
Architecture Architecture for The Turnaround House
The existing house was south-facing, with unsightly neighbouring buildings imposing on a dark, cramped backyard. By creating a U-shaped extension along the boundaries, we have turned all this around. Now the house is light-filled, has a generous private courtyard, fantastic entertaining areas and enjoys northern sunlight throughout the year.
