Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
Marston Architects for D House
A split level addition featuring a skylight along the northern party wall allows sunlight into a south facing semi-detached dwelling. Pivot doors connect the living space to the garden allowing a seamless transition. A bedroom occupies the upper level which focuses on balancing light and views whilst maximising privacy.
