Shortlist: House Alteration and Addition under 200 square metres
Whiting Architects for Moor
This single fronted, one-bedroom cottage was transformed into a functional, two-bedroom home. Views to the neighbouring church were captured through angled interior volumes and precisely positioned glazing, creating a layered sense of connectivity. A central stairwell is the fundamental element in providing light, privacy, views and a mirage of reflection.
