Commendation: New House under 200 square metres
po-co Architecture for Tess + JJ's House
A new house for a young family of four on a small site in a heritage context. The double storey frontage was designed to sit quietly within the single storey character of the street, concealing the sunny rear living areas which focuses its views towards the garden and the sky.
